Lime Wood was at a crossroads with their IT stack strategy and how this supported their desired customer journey
HOW WE HELPED
We conducted a workshop to fully understand the current technical stack, the pain points (both operationally and customer) and to map the current and aspirational customer journey – focusing on documenting ‘edge’ cases. Completed a commercial modelling exercise to fully understand the operational costs. We identified a vendor with capability to potentially support the full customer journey and completed commercial and capability analysis of a ‘best of breed’ approach vs a ‘single eco-system’ approach.
